Project Overview
The project focused on repositioning the brand around premium craftsmanship, precise fit, and customised formal wear, while improving the journey from product discovery to purchase.
Although the website was already attracting 28,000–31,000 monthly visitors, purchase behaviour had become less predictable. Customers were exploring products but hesitating before completing their orders.
By analysing search behaviour, user journeys, product-page engagement, paid traffic, and purchase barriers, the strategy identified opportunities to improve both customer confidence and conversion performance.
Premium Positioning
Shifted messaging away from price competition and toward fit, fabric quality, craftsmanship, and professional appearance.
Purchase Confidence
Simplified customisation and measurement while making product information, FAQs, reviews, and fabric details easier to access.
Revenue Growth
Strengthened paid and organic acquisition while improving conversion and repeat-purchase opportunities.
The Challange
The brand already had strong products, premium fabrics, and tailoring expertise. The problem was that these strengths were not being communicated clearly enough online, leaving customers uncertain at the final purchase stage.
Key Challenges:
- Traffic remained steady, but sales consistency and enquiry quality began to vary.
- Lower-cost competitors and aggressive discounts made comparison shopping more common.
- Customers needed greater confidence around measurements, fabric quality, fit, and customisation.
- 67% of website traffic came from paid sources.
